HYDRAULIC HOSES UP TO THE LARGER BORE SIZES
Our market leading brands Bridgestone and Intertraco manufacture a very wide range of hydraulic hoses, in bore sizes small to large, and working pressures low to ultra-high. In fact there’s a hose in our range for 99% of applications.
The table above shows a sample of the stock that we hold from 1 wire low pressure hose up to 6 spiral ultra-high pressure hose with a 420 bar (6,000 p.s.i.) working pressure.
What sets us apart is the act that we hold stock of hydraulic hose, one and two piece fittings and ferrules in sizes 32, 40 and 48. That’s 2, 2.½ and 3 inch bore sizes.
We can supply hose and fittings or manufacture hose assemblies for you. We can also pressure test all hoses for high assurance and safety.
We recently invested in a new swaging machine that can easily swage 3 inch bore 6 wire ultra-high pressure hose.
Due to increased demand for large bore hydraulic hose assemblies we have just installed an O+P Tubomatic V160ES crimping machine, with a crimping force of 386 tonnes, capable of crimping one and two piece fittings for up to 3 inch bore 6 spiral ultra-high pressure hydraulic hose and up to 6 inch bore industrial hose.
The machine is already hard at work crimping hydraulic and industrial hoses. We recently completed a batch of 3 inch bore 2 wire hoses for an OEM. Fitted with a ‘state of the art’ ES4 Siemens PLC control with 7″ colour touch-screen display the new V160ES assures a perfect crimp every time for the ultimate in quality assurance and safety.
If you require large diameter hydraulic hoses up to 3 inch bore size we stock 1 wire, 2 wire, and the Intertraco Flexit F5000 (SAE R13) constant pressure hose up to size 48 (3 inch bore) and F6000 (SAE R15) constant pressure hose up to size 32 (2 inch bore). We also hold a wide range of large size one and two piece hose fittings and ferrules. We can also pressure test all hose assemblies for added quality assurance and safety.
